Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning the size, fit, or any defect in the product, we will be happy to assist you in Exchange or Return.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

What's eligible for return/exchange?

Almost everything, except the below few.

• Any customised products or add-ons to the actual products.
• Hair Accessories can only be exchanged, returns are not allowed.
• Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of the same price or higher

 

Exchange & Return Process?

           No problem, Pear Bear offers its customers an easy exchange/return policy. You can request an exchange or return for products purchased on www.pearbear.in within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

    If you need to return a product, please send an email to info@pearbear.in within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Make sure to include your order number and the product you want to return in the email. You should ship the goods back to us within 7 days from the delivery date. We will provide you with the return address via email. You are welcome to use your friends, family or a local logistics company to send the items back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any non-refundable Indian customs charges.

 Please Note: The returned product must be fresh, unwashed,           unaltered, and unused, with the tags intact, as it will be checked at our end.

 

Claiming Refunds?

    This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. After the product is verified, we will process the refund/exchange request. Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it.

           Please Note: Shipping charges and any customs duty or taxes won't be part of the refund or exchange.

          Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the same. Refund will be credited to the same account that was used for making the order payment*

        *Refund Timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

    

If an order is cancelled at our end due to circumstances beyond our control?

      We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within 24 hours, except on holidays from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with the same or higher-priced product or cancelling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

Transactional Disputes

         Please be advised that any disputes, if they arise, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, India. As a merchant, we waive all liability in the event of any loss or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the refusal of authorization for a transaction due to the Cardholder or customer exceeding the mutually agreed pre-set limit with their acquiring bank.

           Kindly note that the Company reserves the right to modify or adjust any of the aforementioned policy terms and conditions at its discretion.
