Return, Exchange & Credit Note Policy
Introduction
At Pear Bear, every creation is thoughtfully made with care and attention by skilled artisans. Our designs reflect comfort, quality, and evolving fashion sensibilities, and our goal is always to offer a delightful experience for you and your little ones. While we truly hope you love everything you receive, we understand that occasional adjustments may be needed. In such cases, we are happy to assist you through exchanges or credit notes, as outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility
Most products are eligible for return or exchange, except customized or made-to-order products, products with alterations or add-ons and hair accessories (exchange only). Exchanges are kindly offered for products of the same value or higher.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pearbear.in with your order number, product name, and reason. Once approved, the return address will be shared. Products must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery using a courier service of your choice. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Product Condition Guidelines
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Credit Note Policy
Pear Bear does not offer monetary refunds. Eligible returns and cancellations are settled through a Credit Note. A standard 10% Return Processing & Handling Fee is kindly deducted to cover logistics, quality checks, and administrative handling. Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are not included in the credit value.
Credit Note Details
Credit Notes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, valid for six months from the date of issue, and can be used exclusively on www.pearbear.in. Any price difference may be paid at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@pearbear.in. Approved cancellations are settled through a Credit Note, after the applicable processing fee. In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled by Pear Bear, customers may opt for a replacement or a Credit Note.

Legal & Policy Information
All matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Pear Bear reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time.
