While Pear Bear undertakes quality control measures to minimise such occurrences, we cannot guarantee that colour bleeding, transfer, or fabric behaviour variations will never occur under all usage, storage, washing, environmental, or climatic conditions.
Customers are advised to carefully follow the garment care instructions provided with each product.

For customised or made-to-measure products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Customised products may be intentionally produced with additional garment ease beyond submitted body measurements to ensure comfort, movement, and design integrity.
As customised products are created specifically for individual customers, they are not eligible for exchange, replacement, cancellation, return, or Credit Note except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Pear Bear.

Product Inspection & Quality Control
Every Pear Bear product undergoes quality inspection prior to dispatch.
Customised products undergo additional review wherever applicable.
In the unlikely event that a customer believes a product differs materially from the order placed, Pear Bear must be notified within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Incorrect ironing

• Exposure to unsuitable chemicals or cleaning agents
