DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and officially declared non-working days.
During festive seasons, sale periods, product launches, customized orders, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified wherever reasonably possible.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available across India unless otherwise specified on the product page, during promotional campaigns, or at checkout.
Delivery Partners
Pear Bear partners with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, and other reputable courier services to facilitate deliveries across India.
The courier partner used for a shipment may vary depending on serviceability and operational requirements.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, delivery address, postal code, mobile number, and email address.
Pear Bear shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Address Changes
Address modification requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
Orders intended for multiple recipients or locations must be placed separately.
Failed Deliveries
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier communications, or any customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to Pear Bear.
Any re-shipping charges incurred for subsequent delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Opened or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to inspect their package before accepting delivery.
If a shipment appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or compromised, customers should:
1. Refuse delivery.
2. Take clear photographs.
3. Contact Pear Bear immediately.

Undeliverable International Shipments
If an international shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay customs duties or taxes, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or any customer-related reason, all return shipping, customs, handling, storage, re-shipping, and related charges shall be borne by the customer.

TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES
International Orders Delivered Outside India
Product prices displayed on www.pearbear.in do not include:
• Import duties
• Customs charges
• VAT
• GST
• Sales taxes
• Clearance fees
• Handling charges
• Any other government-imposed fees applicable in the destination country
The customer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, customs requirements, and payment obligations applicable in the destination country.
Pear Bear has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or guarantee their amount.
Failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or import charges may result in shipment delays, abandonment, return of shipment, or non-delivery, for which Pear Bear shall not be liable.
